Simple access such as hop ups' podiums and ladders will be supplied by AER Ltd, if more elaborate access is required we would discuss the most cost effective access options with you.

ASBESTOS CEMENT PRODUCTS
Our Garage Costs are for Sheds & Outhouses also. The quote this form provides are for flat, single skin and uncovered roofs. Apex, covered or obstructed roofs may incur additional costs. Please provide photos on the next step (if possible). Walls are presumed asbestos cement and sheeting materials are also assumed single skin, for whole structures it is assumed they are uncovered and accessible either side.

TEXTURED COATING
If the textured coating is on concrete or there are more than one skin/layer of boarding/Plasterboard then this will incur additional charges.

Thermoplastic - Thick tiles.

All tiles are assumed to be uncovered and accessible. If not choose a floor covering in general products (Floor Coverings)

All the products stated below are presumed GOOD condition. If the condition of the asbestos product is POOR, please make us aware in the additional information section, on the next page. For example an AIB door that's in POOR condition will require a licence to remove and fully controlled conditions. In this situation your online quote would be invalid, although we will be in contact with the correct quote or use the licenced product section of this form.
